A neuro-symbolic RAG system evaluating all 98 Computing graduate programs in Brazil using institutional data. Combines a deterministic symbolic scoring engine with FAISS semantic retrieval and multi-LLM generation. 84.2% within ±1 grade accuracy, 99.7% groundedness, 100% Grade 7 accuracy.
